The space itself is fine, just be aware of a large admin fee as well as the insurance fee. Especially for those looking for temporary storage. I would have chosen a different location had I known about them. Insurance is great to have but when you’re between jobs and homes it’s nice to know exactly what to budget for.

The facility was clean, and there was a gate to enter. The negative was they closed early at 10 which did not work optimally for my schedule. Management changed too. All in all a good, safe storage experience.

Had some trouble with the lack of employees being at the facility during working hours. We had to wait almost 45 minutes for an employee to come to the facility during their work hours just for us to move our stuff in for the first time and it messed up our turn in time for the uhaul. ..very inconvenient.

I was actually transferred here from a different storage after much frustration. When I got here, I was already very frustrated, but the manager who was there was super friendly and efficient. The place seemed very secure and clean. The only thing is that you have to buy or bring your own lock, but that's not really a big deal. Overall, I had a great experience!

Fast paperwork and the best customer service around. They gave me no hassle and even spent the extra time to make sure everything was going to work for my moving experience.

I was told on the phone that the paperwork would only take 10 minutes or so. It took over 1 hour and had the moving company I hired not been behind on their schedule I would have run into more problems because they would have had to wait. I have had to show proof of renters insurance at other storage units I've rented. This is nothing new to me. I have been able to show them my policy online with the caveat that I would have a hard copy faxed to them within a few hours. This has not been a problem anywhere else. My insurance is through USAA and I am active duty military. Unfortunately the person at CubeSmart was adamant that this was unacceptable. I had him speak directly to my insurance agent. He insisted this was not enough. Then after reading my policy, he insisted that the policy I have did not have a certain clause in it that he needed to rent the unit out to me. Again he spoke directly to my insurance agent and she had no idea what clause he was referring to. After 2 phone calls and 1 hour of trying to reason with him the paperwork was done and I was able to move into the unit. Also over the phone and in person he told me I qualified for a 10% active duty military discount on top of the discount I received for booking online through SpareFoot Storage Finder. He told me I would be receiving and email showing the additional active duty discount. I have yet to receive that email and as far I know the additional 10% discount. I appreciate the proximity of the storage facility to where I am currently living. The place is clean and seems safe but had I not just paid a couple hundred dollars to move my things in I would go elsewhere. Good customer service is very important to me and they clearly failed at providing it.
